| Founded in 1992, Wuxi Xinsu Lubricants Co., Ltd. is a leading distributor of base oil, lubricating oil and grease products in China. Xinsu operates two large terminals in Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, two hours drive from Shanghai. After a decade of strong growth, Xinsu ranked Top 10 by market shares among all oil companies in China in 2005. Our product lines include a full line of base oils (Group I/II/III), heat transfer oils, white oils, lubricants, rubber process oils and other specialties. |

| Xinsu’s total investment exceeds RMB100 million. It has 138 oil storage tanks and a combined storage capacity of 50,000 cubic meters. The two terminals cover a total land area of 57,000 square meters (85 mu) and a total construction area of 20,000 square meters. |

| Xinsu’s Shuofang terminal boasts superb geographical location. It sits at the junction of Shanghai economic circle and Nanjing city circle, intersection of 312 National Highway and Circle Taihu Expressway for easy access to Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway, junction of Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal and 60-meter-wide inner river (accessible to thousand ton level vessels, current loading/discharging capacity: 2000 tons of oils per day), main node of Beijing-Shanghai Railway and Beijing-Shanghai High Speed Railway, 3km from Wuxi Airport as well as intersection of highway & waterway & railway & roadway & airway. |
